From Boston:

Take the 111 bus from Haymarket (map and schedule) - cross the Tobin bridge and get out at the apx. third stop (about a 10 minute ride), Park Street, in front of the ROCA Building- (the bus will turn off the bridge and stop, then turn the corner, go through an intersection and stop immediately, and then travel 1 block along Chelsea Square Park, and in the next block the ROCA building is a long 2 story off-white brick building that houses a youth center)- you will now be in back of the building- go to the corner (you will see Riley's Roast Beef in front of you to the right) and turn left on Cross Street and walk one block- go Left on Winnisimmet and walk down a few doors.

From the South or Downtown Boston:

Take the Central Artery North to the Tobin Bridge Exit (after you pass through downtown Boston, past North Station and the Fleet Center- the Central Artery becomes 93N and the Tobin Bridge exit is on the Left)- cross the Tobin Bridge and take the 1st exit, Beacon St.- go to the bottom of the ramp and go straight to the light- continue straight for 2 more blocks- at the intersection you will see a carpet/linoleum store in front of you to the right- turn right, this is Everett Ave.- (you are now one block from the theater so if you see a parking space, you are very close)- turn right at the end of the block and the theater is on the left, 4 doors in - (above Hair Fashion beauty salon- across the street from 222 Broadway)- there are posters in the doorway - Winnisimmet branches off Broadway so it is Broadway on the right hand side of the street and Winnisimmet on the left- parking is on street and resident parking is only in effect til 6:00

From the West/Mass Pike:

Take the pike into Boston and get on the Central Artery-93North- follow directions above

From the West/Storrow Drive:

Take Storrow Drive all the way to the end and follow signs to 93N North- stay to the left and you will loop around to the Tobin Bridge exit- follow directions above

From the West/Route 2:

Take Route 2 to Route 16 East- Follow Route 16 into Everett (you will pass through N. Cambridge, Medford, Somerville, pass Kappy's Liquors, pass Wellington Station on the Orange Line, pass a large rotary with entryway to mall of Big Box stores, go up a bridge and back down and go under 2 overpasses- then there will be a Dunkin donuts and DiAngelos on the left side of the street and a check cashing place on the right, and you will see a car wash on the right on the far side of Second Street- turn right between the fast food and the car wash onto Second Street- follow second street all the way to the park at Broadway- you will pass behind the yellow "Mystic Mall" (not a real mall) and then the road will become very rough- then pass underneath the highway and continue a block and a half and you will be at the park- you can park on Broadway and walk around the park- Winnisimmet and Broadway are both one way heading south, so if you want to drive to the exact front of the building you have to make a loop- (take the first Left after you go under the highway, go one block, turn right onto Everett Ave.-(you are now one block from the theater so if you see a parking space, you are very close)- turn right at the end of the block and the theater is on the left, 4 doors in - (above Hair Fashion beauty salon- across the street from 222 Broadway)- there are posters in the doorway - Winnisimmet branches off Broadway so it is Broadway on the right hand side of the street and Winnisimmet on the left- parking is on street and resident parking is only in effect til 6:00

From the North/93:

Take 93 South to Route 16 east- follow directions above

From the North/Route 1:

Take Route 1 south to the Carter St., Chelsea, East Boston exit- at the bottom of the ramp bear right and go to the light- there will be a gas station on your left- turn left- go a short distance and the Mystic Mall is on your right- pass Pizza Hut and Burger King and continue straight- you will drive under the highway and continue straight another block and a half- Turn Right onto Winnisimmet and you are there (you will have the option to take a 90 degree right onto Broadway or a wider right onto Winnisimmet, as both intersect at this corner- you can park on either one- the building is only a couple of doors in)

From the Northeast:

Take 16 East to Route 1 South- follow directions above

From Cambridge/Somerville- back way:

Take the McGrath Highway or Prospect Street to Washington street- take Washington street to the rotary past Sullivan station next to the Schraffts factory- take 99N towards Everett and the Boston Edison plant- just past the Boston Edison plant take a right- the road goes one block along the perimeter of the plant and then turns 90 degrees and continues- after a few blocks this road ends- turn right- you will be passing many lovely gas storage tanks- you will pass the produce markets on the right and left and the Revere Savings Bank and then the food service center on the right- Go straight at the next light- drive under the highway and turn left at the following light- continue straight for 2 more blocks- turn Right on Everett Ave.- Go one block- Turn Right onto Winnisimmet and you are there (you will have the option to take a 90 degree right onto Broadway or a wider right onto Winnisimmet, as both intersect at this corner- you can park on either one- the building is only a couple of doors in)
